A Week Down

Josh Martin on June 1, 2008

It has been just over a week since we have been in Baton Rouge.  It already feels like home.  It was difficult leaving our friends and common surroundings in Cleveland.  That is a very special little place.  But our reception here has been phenomenal.  When I pulled the huge Penske truck up to our house, there were people waiting to unload the truck.  They quickly unloaded us.  Our new friends have visited us, had us over for dinner, brought us food, and received us so warmly.  We are thankful to God for this new phase in our lives.  We were a little apprehensive about moving.  All of our doubts have been wiped away.  We are eager to start the work, meet more people, and preach the Gospel of grace to students on the LSU campus.  GEAUX TIGERS.
